Located in the heart of Ocean City, just steps from the boardwalk, this new duplex on Moorlyn Terrace has become an oasis of old world textures and eclectic bohemian beach style.  Incorporating authentic vintage antiques purchased in auctions throughout the country, the homeowner reimagines the charm of old Ocean City with a personal twist.  Natural fibers of seagrass, banana leaf, and cypress root artfully combine with antique pottery, original Stickley furniture, and patterned rugs.  The results will astound.

With four decks featuring views of the ocean and boardwalk amusements, we wanted practical seating that would bring the festivities outdoors.  Fantastically comfortable adirondack style counter stools and matching wine chiller-side tables create a space to entertain and watch the crowds pass below on their way to the beach.  Heavy enough to withstand high winds, this furniture can stay outside all year long and requires almost no maintenance.  The delicious designer Seagrass color echoes the accent colors inside, further enhanced with a sturdy outdoor rug.  On the top deck in back, we bring everyone together for cocktails on a deep seating modular sectional and ample coffee table.
